Location: Lepe Country Park
Meet the wonderful waders, delightful ducks and glorious geese who call Lepe Country Park their winter home.
This walk is intended for anyone who loves spending time on the coast, you do not need to know anything at all about birds. Children are welcome however the walk will be aimed at adults. Binoculars will be provided for those who would like to use them.
The walk is free but you will need to pay for car parking at Lepe Country Park.
No booking is required. The event will be limited to 20 people maximum, we will operate on a first come first serve basis. Meet in front of The Lookout at 2:30pm.
Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to join but will need to be kept on a short lead for the entirety of the walk. Please remember that other dogs may also be coming along so your dog should be comfortable in these situations.
Please wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately for the weather
(we advise a waterproof coat and waterproof trousers in case the rain clouds
come to visit us!).
